This camera also does have a built in software and you can edit, use transitions, add music, and titles to it. The flip couldn't do that, but the only thing I have a problem with is that it starts out with 128 MBs of memory and is not mac friendly. But in the box it comes with rechargeable batteries, rechargeable battery charger, wrist strap, carrying case, HDMI cable, NTSC cable, USB cable, and a second front cover with design. The best part about this is that it is $50 cheaper than the Flip Ultra! So if your thinking about getting a flip HD, skip it and get this, way better and comes with a lot more stuff!

Kodak ZX1 HD Review
I just got the Kodak Zx1 HD Pocket Video Camera (Black) and it is way way better than the Flip Ultra or Mino HD camcorder!
